Author-it SBS ist das optimale Starterpaket für den effizienten und schnellen Einsatz mit einer Author-it Lösung. Das Lizenzpaket umfasst alle notwendigen Werkzeuge für ein kleines Autorenteam.
Author-it SBS umfasst:

• Software Lizenzen für das Arbeiten im kleinen Team (1 oder 2 Concurrent Lizenzen für eine SQL-Server basierende, zentrale Authoring-Datenbank).
• Software-Maintenance für 1 Jahr (Sie erhalten alle in dieser Zeit erscheinenden Patches und Software Releases)
• Software-MediaKit und Lizenzdateien
   

Author-it Offline Authoring Module License - inkl. Maintenance

Does your project require you to collaborate with a team member in a remote location, disconnected from your office? It could be when you're travelling, working at home — or it could be an external consultant, who should not have access to your internal computer systems.

Author-it's Offline Authoring module enables you to expand your team to include remote (or disconnected) contributors. Quickly create the Offline Library, and email it or upload it for use anywhere in the world.

The Offline Library keeps the consistent user interface and functionality that all users would be used to. All documentation standards, security and user permissions are retained in the Offline Library, and Author-it's secure check out / check in system ensures that work is not overwritten. When remote users have completed their work, they simply send the Offline Library back to you and it is safely and effortlessly checked back in. All updates are then available, and are integrated with work which may have continued in the main library.

An Offline Authoring licence is required, together with either an Author-it Base User Licence, by each person making use of an Offline Library. If the Administrator is creating an Offline Library on behalf of a remote user, an additional Offline Authoring licence will be required
